Who we serve
Adults 18 and older, across San Diego County — including University City and UTC, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa and the rest of North County. How far is it?
Getting here
Finding us, and finding Suite 225
We are on Sorrento Valley Road, where the 5 and the 805 come together.
By car
- From the north — Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach and Encinitas: the 5 south, then Sorrento Valley Road. Del Mar Heights Road is the surface alternative when the freeway is backed up.
- From the south and east — University City, La Jolla, Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch: the 805 or Genesee Avenue north.
- Parking is free and on site, in the lot. No permit, no meter, no validation to remember.
- We are on the second floor, Suite 225. The building is wheelchair accessible — entrance, parking, restroom and seating.
If you are coming for a 9:00 a.m. group, check your own route for a weekday morning arrival. This stretch of the 5 is unpredictable enough that we would rather you look it up than trust a number we printed.
By train and shuttle
The Coaster's Sorrento Valley station is on the same road, and NCTD runs weekday COASTER Connection shuttles into the surrounding business parks. They are timed around commuter peaks, so a program finishing at noon may fall outside them — check current times at gonctd.com or in the PRONTO app before relying on it.

Other ways to reach us
- Patient portal — for people already in care with us.
- Verify your insurance — we check your benefits and come back to you.
- Admissions — the four steps from first call to first week.

Please do not send clinical details by email or through this form. Neither is a secure channel, and the form has no message box for exactly that reason. Anything we need to know, we will ask on the call.
If you are in crisis, do not wait for us to call back.
Call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day. If there is immediate danger to life, call 911. Strata Outpatient is a scheduled outpatient clinic — not an emergency service, a crisis line, or a 24/7 provider, and we do not monitor this website, this form or our voicemail around the clock.
